Tony has been a Police Officer with the San Fernando Police Department for 33 years. He’s been assigned as a Field Training Officer, K9 Handler, K9 Supervisor, Robbery/Homicide Detective, Patrol Sergeant, and Lieutenant in charge of Operations. He’s currently the Chief of Police for the San Fernando Police Department and has been an active member of the LACPCA since the organization was formed in the 1990’s. Tony also has been a trainer and facilitator at the annual K9 Seminars.
